Debt Administration

What is Debt Administration?

Debt Administration is a formal and managed debt solution through the Magistrates Court.
Debt Administrators will help clients with debt problems through debt review process, enabling them to make LOWER monthly debt repayments and to help gain financial stability.
The Debt Administration process helps clients who are struggling to make debt payments, by giving them into a structured debt repayment plan with their credit providers, in order to ensure they take firm control of their financial situation and settle their short and long-term debt. We have can where possible, extend the terms and reduce interest rates down to zero if necessary. The aim is to get clients debt free in 60 months.
Such is the relationship that we have with Credit Providers that we have the majority of our debt review proposals to credit providers being accepted.
Debt Administration is a very effective method of becoming debt free if you maintain payments as agreed.
